(Infinity - Forex Robot) located on the domain name https://infinity-investcapital.com
may obtain about the User during the use of the
https://infinity-investcapital.com website (and its sub-domains), its programs
and products.

located on the Internet at a unique address (URL):
https://infinity-investcapital.com, and its subdomains.
1.1.6.
Subdomains: Pages or a set of pages located on third-level domains belonging to
the Infinity - Forex for Everyone website, as well as other temporary pages, at
the bottom of which is the contact information of the Administration.
1.1.5. User
of the Infinity - Forex for Everyone website (the User): A person who has
access to the Infinity - Forex for Everyone website via the Internet and uses
the information, materials and products of the Infinity - Forex for Everyone
website.
1.1.7.
Cookies: A small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the user's
computer, which the web client or web browser sends to the web server each time
in an HTTP request when trying to open the page of the corresponding site.

IP-address: A unique network address of a node in a computer network through
which the User gets access to Infinity - Forex Robot.
1.1.9.
Product: A product that the User orders on the site and pays for through
payment systems.
2.1. The use
of the Infinity - Forex for Everyone website by the User constitutes consent to
this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing of the User's personal data.
2.2. If the
User does not agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy, User must cease using
the Infinity - Forex for Everyone website.
2.3. This
Privacy Policy applies to the Infinity - Forex for Everyone website. Infinity -
Forex for Everyone has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, any
third party websites that User may access through links available on the

the User.

Privacy Policy establishes the Administration's obligations not to disclose and
protect the confidentiality of personal data that the User provides at the
Administration's request when registering at Infinity - Forex for Everyone

data allowed to be processed under this Privacy Policy is provided by the User
by filling in the forms on the Infinity - Forex for Everyone website and

3.3.2.

3.4. Any

operating system, etc.) shall be securely stored and not disclosed, except as
provided in 5.2 and 5.3 of this Privacy Policy.

4.1.10.
Performing advertising activities with User's consent.
5.1.
Processing of Personal Data of the User shall be performed without limitation
of time, in any lawful manner, including in information systems of Personal
Data with or without use of any means of automation.
5.2. The User
agrees that the Administration has the right to transfer personal data to third
parties, in particular to courier services, postal organizations (including
electronic postal organizations), telecommunication operators, solely for the
purpose of executing the User's order placed on Infinity - Forex for Everyone
website, including delivery of the Product, documentation or e-mail messages.
5.3. Personal
data of the User may be disclosed to authorized agencies of the Russian
Federation only on the grounds and according to the procedure, established by
the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.4. In case
of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Administration has the right not to
inform the User about such loss or disclosure of personal data.
5.5. The
Administration shall take necessary organizational and technical measures to
protect personal data of the User from unauthorized or accidental access,
destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from
other unlawful actions of third parties.
5.6. Together
with the User, the Administration shall take all necessary measures to prevent
losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the
User's personal data.
6.1 The User
has the right to:
6.1.1. Make a
free decision to provide their personal data which is needed to use Infinity -
Forex for Everyone website and give their consent to its processing.
6.1.2.
Update, supplement the provided personal information in case of changes.
6.1.3. The
User has the right to receive information from the Administration regarding the
processing of its personal data, unless such right is limited in accordance
with federal laws. The User has the right to request the Administration to
clarify their personal data, block or destroy it if the personal data is
incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or is not necessary for
the stated purpose of processing, as well as to take statutory measures to
protect their rights.
6.2. The
Administration shall:
6.2.1. Use
the received information solely for the purposes specified in Clause 4 of this
Privacy Policy.
6.2.2. Keep
confidential information secret, not to disclose without prior written
permission of the User, as well as not to sell, exchange, publish or disclose
in any other possible ways the transferred personal data of the User, except
for clauses 5.2 and 5.3 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.3. Take
precautions in order to protect the confidentiality of the User's personal data
in accordance with the procedure generally used for the protection of such
information in the existing business transactions.
6.2.4 Block
personal data relating to the relevant User from the moment of application or
request of the User, or its legal representative or authorized body for protection
of rights of subjects of personal data for the period of inspection, in case of
unreliable personal data or unlawful actions.
7.1. In the
event the Administration has not fulfilled its obligations, it shall be liable
for any losses incurred by the User in connection with the unauthorized use of
personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation,
except for the cases, provided in 5.2, 5.3 and 7.2 of this Privacy Policy.
7.2 In case
of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Administration will not
be liable if this confidential information:
7.2.1. Was in
the public domain before it was lost or disclosed.
7.2.2 Has
been received from a third party prior to its receipt by the Website Administration.
7.2.3 Has
been disclosed with the User's consent.
7.3. The User
is fully liable for complying with Russian laws, including, but not limited to,
the laws regarding advertising, copyright and neighboring rights, and trademark
and service mark protection, including full responsibility for the content and
form of the Materials.
7.4. The User
acknowledges that responsibility for any information (including, but not
limited to: data files, texts, etc.), to which he can have access as part of
the Infinity - Forex for Everyone website, is borne by the person who provided
such information.
7.5. User
agrees that information provided to the User as part of the Infinity - Forex
for Everyone website may be an item of intellectual property, the rights to

7.7. The
Administration shall not be liable to the User for any loss or damage suffered
by the User as a result of deletion, failure or inability to save any Content
or other communication data contained on or transmitted through Infinity -

7.8. The
Administration shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting
from: the use or inability to use the site or individual services; unauthorized
access to the User's communications; statements or behavior of any third party
on the site.
7.9. The
Administration is not responsible for any information posted by the User on
Infinity - Forex for Everyone website, including but not limited to: information
protected by copyright, without the express consent of the copyright owner.
8.1 Prior to
recourse to court over disputes arising from the relationship between the User
and the Administration, it is obligatory to submit a claim (written or
electronic proposal for a voluntary settlement of the dispute).
8.2 The
recipient of the claim shall notify the claimant of the results of
consideration of the claim in writing or in electronic form within 30 calendar
days after receipt of the claim.
8.3 If no
agreement is reached, the dispute will be transferred to the Arbitration Court
of Moscow.
8.4. This
Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Administration are
governed by the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.
9.1 The
Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the
User's consent.
9.2. The new
Privacy Policy shall be effective as of its posting on Infinity - Forex for
Everyone website, unless otherwise stipulated by the new Privacy Policy.
